Great question. If you choose to sell your home for free, you’ll get everything you need to sell your home — a valuation, an eye-catching listing, and, of course, support every step of the way. You can add optional extras, or you can choose one of our packages. But optional extras are completely optional. We think estate agents should tell you what you’re actually paying for and let you choose. (It just makes sense, doesn’t it?)

If you do choose one of our packages or optional extras, you’ll have the option to pay upfront or pay in 3 instalments with PayPal’s Pay in 3. Your agent can talk you through your options.
If you are selling a property then the Purplebricks for sale board is included in the price (including the delivery and erection of the board). If you require a replacement board or would like one for your rental property, the cost is £60 plus VAT.
