Once we know a bit more about your property, you can select your package and browse our add-ons to see if there’s anything you want to boost your listing. Then we’ll sort the specifics (if you need us to) like an EPC certificate, Gas Certificate, and Electrical Installation Condition report.
After that we take payment – but you’ll only pay on the day if you’ve chosen add-ons. Otherwise, you’ll pay when your tenant moves in. (No sneaky fees, remember?). Then you answer a few compliance questions and we’ll carry out an anti-money laundering check, and we’re ready to get your property on the market! Your local expert will be with you every step of the way – and there are no silly questions, so ask away.
