Lesson learned. Never again.
Communication was poor and it was clear that too many people were not reading file notes before contacting us. We paid for a full service but we're still contacted directly by buyers and we're charged for an energy certificate that we did not require as the property had one already. Still no word on a refund for that service. Lifetime Legal who handled the background checks on us and the buyer are…

Happy with sale management not so good
Web site great. Plenty of interest and viewings. Not so good after that managing the and replying to my emails ect. Had to do a lot myself to get things moving on sale
