Ok but don't think its great for NI
I dont think using Purple Bricks in NI is just there yet. I feel that my property was overvalued in the beginning which may have lead to a loss of intertest in the most crucial first weeks. What I might have saved (It wasnt free) in Estate agent fees I feel I probably lost out in the long run as with a 'bricks and motor' local type estate agent I feel I would have got my asking price or above an…

Have sold through PB and process has been very easy - the staff have all been very helpful- thank you to Rebecca Maria,Luke Howard, Stephanie Davies, Kelly Hamilton, Daniel Goff - only tip Would be to have all photos, description etc ready prior to input as adding to initial input has to be done by PB who are very helpful - biggest plus is being able to show people round yourself and you can be av…
