David Ireland is knowledgeable about the value of properties in the area; and since instructing Purplebricks, he has been very supportive, answering texts etc. very quickly, guiding us through the process of listing our property, answering our questions, and contacting colleagues who then go on to give further guidance. Good experience
My virtual valuation with Clare French was really useful, we gave Clare a 'tour' of our property, discussed various aspects of our home and she gave a very fair valuation in line with what local agents had previously said. Should we decide to go ahead and sell our house we will definitely be going with Purple Bricks.I've been impressed with everything they've done so far.
