Great service from David Ireland, but opt out of using their solicitors for the conveyance if possible.Great service for my house sale from David Ireland at Purple Bricks. He made the process run smoothly, always attentive to any issues or changes we needed to make with our listing and happy with the level of attention to detail and advice he gave us through the entire sales process. We ended up selling for over the listed price (which is great).
I would have to say the solicitors firm they use (premier property solutions/ home buyers) is a very slow service (took over 3 months due to a data breach) which meant we lost the home we were purchasing! It would have been nice to be updated by the solicitors firm regularly about what stages we were at and what they had done in the 3 months, (as it didn’t seem like much had been done at all to move the process forward).
However we found a better property luckily so all worked out in the end. I’d advise to use PB to list, but not their solicitors if your thinking of selling your property fast. We saved a lot of fees with PB.
