I want to help you with an uncomplicated process and save you unnecessary estate agency fees. I have been an estate agent since 2010, and I have a wealth of industry experience. Starting in the high street as a junior negotiator, moving up to branch manager. I moved to Purplebricks after Covid and I personally market over 250 properties a year. When it comes to moving home and selling houses there is not much I have not seen before, and I am confident I can help you. In my personal life I am a foster carer and a family person with a young family.

I wouldn't use another Estate Agent…I wouldn't use another Estate Agent after using Purplebricks. Giles was extremely friendly, polite and helpful throughout the process; something that echoed through everybody else I dealt with.
We booked two open house days – a Friday and Saturday – and subsequently had 4 offers by the following Monday.
The quality of the home photography was top-notch, the efficiency of the ad production was great and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish.

Giles was excellent!Our estate agent Giles was very helpful and honest, helping us understand the process and managing our expectations. The house was sold within a week of meeting Giles, and we received some really good offers. Giles has been there to also help us understand the after sales process and to answer any questions we had, and this offered us much reassurance as first time sellers.
