Fantastic service from start to finishI have just completed on my house sale with Tanya Woodward, and I cannot believe how easy and smooth the whole process was. It was my first time selling a house, and within a few days of instructing Tanya, the photos and virtual tour were completed. The listing went live the next day and a few days later, Tracey Ross completed the viewings for us! We had various offers, and accepted an offer within a week of the listing going live! Tracey and Tanya are both extremely friendly and helpful ladies, and they were so efficient at getting back to me (and the buyer) whenever we had any queries. We used the lawyers appointed by PurpleBricks, and there were zero problems with them too. We are so happy with our entire experience, (including the final fees we had to pay, which were so much cheaper than other estate agents, and there were no hidden charges). first class service and companyI was recommended by a family member to use purple bricks as they had said how brilliant they had been with their recent sale, and they weren't wrong. Met Tanya Woodward (who replied on her day off) and she came round to do the valuation and start the ball rolling, I felt I could trust her straight away, and her advise and reassurance along the way has been invaluable. Tracey Ross did the viewings for us and she was superb as well, the feedback on the app confirmed that from the viewers point of view as well as us as sellers. I cant believe how smooth the whole process has been and thats down to Tanya & Tracey being so professional, organised and brilliant at what they do. I would recommend purple bricks to anyone, and also the package where they do the viewing for you - couldnt have got through the process anywhere near as smoothly without that being handled for us.
