I have an excellent track record for selling houses in Coventry and have 26 years wealth of local knowledge to support this. Do I love what I do? yes ..am I proud to work with Purplebricks? All marketing pre-requisites conducted swiftly, resulting in listing going live quickly.
Liz responded to quires in a timely manner and always with sound advice.
I was a little concerned about specific viewing requests being managed into weekly open house ones and I do feel that this resulted in no-shows. I understand it's tricky to manage and Vicky did assure me all prospective buyers would be followed up. No matter though as a viewing resulted in an offer being made.
I like the way I was able to choose to conduct offer negotiations myself via the PB portal messaging.
Time will now tell on the use of PB partner conveyancers but so far so good.

Wonderful service from my agent Vicky…Wonderful service from my agent Vicky King, photos of the property were really good, she arranged open house viewings and I had multiple offers after the viewings. Sold the house in first week, unfortunately COVID delayed the sale but Vicky was always on hand to guide and advise until I finally completed.
