Select a date and time
Pick a time that suits your schedule for the video call with one of our expert valuation specialists. You’ll receive instant confirmation and a link to join the call.
Join the call
Click on the link to join the call with your specialist, and ‘show’ them around the property using the device’s camera. The more detail you give, the better. The call usually lasts around 45 minutes.
Get your valuation
Once the specialist has toured your home virtually, they’ll give an accurate figure of what your home is worth.
What do I need for a virtual valuation?
Once you’ve booked your virtual valuation, you’ll get instant email confirmation and a link to join the call. For the call, you’ll need a device with a camera (we recommend a hand-held, like a smartphone or tablet so you can move around the house) and a steady Wi-Fi connection.
