When our agent speaks to you, they’ll talk you through the options, and then you can decide if it’s right for you. Maybe you just want to add a Premium Rightmove listing, maybe you want a whole package with hosted viewings. Either way, we’ve got you covered.

As with every home move with every agent, there are required anti-money laundering checks — and there may be legal fees attached. We’ll always be upfront about that, too.

Mortgages and Conveyancing services

We have access to market-leading mortgage deals — we’re really proud of our mortgage services — and if you take a mortgage through Purplebricks, then we get a referral fee from the lender. This is how almost all mortgage brokers earn a fee, we just like to be upfront about it. (Revolutionary, we know.)

We also take a referral fee if you use one of our conveyancing partners — they take care of the legal side of buying and selling your home.

Don’t want our mortgage advice? Have your own conveyancer? Great. We’ll still sell your home for free. The choice really is yours.

Buyers of your home

We’re really transparent on this point: we make more money from potential buyers than we do from our home sellers.

How do buyers help us earn money? Just like with sellers, we work with buyers to help them find the right mortgage deal and we also offer them our conveyancing services. We get a referral fee if they work with our partners, but it’s completely up to the buyers who they use.

We’re sure to provide a great service — because maybe they’ll list a home with us one day. (And because great service is just the right thing to do, isn’t it?)
